  1. How did you get out of jury duty?
    That was interesting.

  2. I've usually been available for jury duty, but I've never been asked. My husband has been called twice, but both times he went out of his way to try to serve, but the conditions are so detrimental to a working person, he finally got out of it. The conditions were: call after 5:00 pm to an answering service and see if you are needed the next day. Phew on that. How can a professional manage his next day appointments after 5:00?
