Blog send problem

I'm annoyed because blogger no longer sends my main email address an email when I get a comment on the blog, so I'm just lucky I saw the comments to my posts. Interestingly, blogger sends me a bounce, to the same address, a couple of days later. I can't find any place on the blogger help section to email to a real person to get this fixed. I changed the blogger "blogsend" address to my alternate address, but I have to go through a couple of steps to check that one.
